Everyone who touches a client environment has carried a pager for a system at that scale. You will not be shipping someone else's guesswork.
On-call that respects you
We fix alert quality before we grow a rota. Non-actionable pages get removed, not distributed — that is the same standard we sell to clients.
Remote, from Colombo outward
We are based in Colombo and work with software teams worldwide. Where you sit matters far less than the overlap you can hold with your accounts.
You own outcomes, not timesheets
Work is measured by what happened to deployment speed, spend and uptime — not by hours logged against a ticket.
